Velvet Brooch - the Reds

After delaying for almost a week, I finally completed a pair of floral velvet broch of Red dan Dark Red. colors. Both are using the same "mold" and of similar size, but was experiment using 2 different sewing techniques. If examined closely, the curls of each petals are slightly different.
The velvet fabric used are different too. The red color, is the silk type, and with higher price tag. The tesktur is however, a lot puffy, thicker and softer, gives a more beautiful lines effect.
